NEW CUSTOMERS

At this time we are no longer accepting new customers that operate as 3rd party retailers, such as Amazon or eBay.

Many of the brands and products we carry have restrictions for 3rd party websites such as Amazon or eBay. These accounts require constant attention and policing on our part. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming amount of new customer applications that are strictly Amazon and eBay, we are unable to give the appropriate amount of attention and customer care needed for both parties involved to be successful.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING (MAP) RULES

 

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 14TH, 2013

As an exclusive distributor for several brands, Entrenue is very thankful to be considered as such and appreciates our partnership and the responsibility we have in maintaining each brand’s integrity and reputation, this includes the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) for these brands.

 

In an effort to streamline compliance with MAP requirements set forth by the manufacturers, Entrenue has updated our MAP rules.  The MAP rules under these Terms and Conditions are also designed to ensure Resellers have the incentive to invest resources into services for their customers.

 

Any advertised or published selling price for the stated lines must be at MAP pricing or higher. MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer by the Reseller. In this instance, “advertised or published” includes but is not limited to the print or list price on any website, publication, newspaper or other media electronic or printed.  Rebates, coupons, credits, percentage discounts or any manner of discounting which results in a net advertised price below MAP, regardless of any other circumstances, will be considered non-compliant with the (MAP) policy.

 

Although Resellers remain free to establish their own resale prices, each brand reserves the right to cancel all orders and/or indefinitely refuse to accept any new orders from any Reseller that they feel violates this MAP agreement.

 

The MAP rules under these Terms and Conditions will be applied to the following brands:  Aneros, Afterglow, Fifty Shades of Grey, Bubble Love, Crave, Devine Toys, Fun Factory, Fun Toys, Hitachi, Hot Octopuss, Je Joue, Jimmyjane, Lovelife, Minna Life, Mystim, Njoy Toys, OhMiBod, Pleasureworks, Revel Body, Rianne S, S+HE Aftercare, Spareparts, Stockroom/Kinklab, Toyfriend, Wet for Her, We-Vibe. In some instances, additional MAP agreements specific to a brand may be required as well.  

 

MAP VIOLATIONS

Entrenue takes MAP guidelines very seriously and reviews online dealer websites and auction sites to ensure compliance.  If a violation is found, Entrenue’s policy is to:

  1. First Offense: Reseller will be sent written notice and allowed twenty-four (24) hours to bring advertising into compliance.
  2. Second Offense: Reseller will be sent written notice and 30 days ordering suspension will go into effect starting the day the written notice is sent.
  3. Third Offense: Entrenue will terminate all orders for the violated brand to the Reseller immediately. Entrenue will not provide prior notice or issue warning before taking action under this policy. Manufacturers and/or distributors will also be notified of the violations.

If your reseller account continues to have MAP violations, Entrenue reserves the right to delay account reactivation until further notice and in some cases, your account could be suspended indefinitely.

 

This policy may be modified by Entrenue or any brand listed, as deemed necessary. The retailer agrees and is required to update Entrenue of any changes to the information below including the addition of websites, company name changes, DBA’s, change of ownership, etc.

 

This policy supersedes all previous policies and must be followed by all Resellers and those that advertise the stated products.  

 

 

SHIPPING

Our goal is to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, please consider longer times during the holidays. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All orders are shipped F.O.B Phoenix, AZ. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

 

 

DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPS

Customers shall verify the contents of each shipment upon receipt. Claims must be made to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  If there is a discrepancy or if any items were damaged during transit, you must retain the box that the item(s) arrived in so that we may file a report with the carrier. Please do not add or deduct any amounts from invoices for any reason until an Entrenue credit or debit memo has been issued. This includes but is not limited to mis-ships, damages, and/or defective items. Please contact us (select option “orders”) to report any issues with an order or for questions on an invoice.

 

 

DROP SHIPS

We are proud to offer drop-shipping to our customers for a nominal service charge per order. We ask that orders be submitted to us no later than 10:00am Arizona - MST for same day shipping.

 

Please submit all drop ship orders through our website or, if necessary, by emailing: dropship@entrenue.com.

 

Unless otherwise specified, our default method is to send drop ship orders via USPS with the least expensive option within 24 hours. Most orders ship the same day. We will do our best to accommodate all shipping requests.

 

 

Data Feed & FTP

Entrenue is thrilled to provide a data feed of our product inventory for customers maintaining their own retail website. Customers can download our XML file that includes all current products. Likewise, our FTP site is available to download high or web resolution imagery. Any requests to provide additional information will be directed back to these downloads. If there is missing information or data, please contact us (select option “website” or “graphics”).

 

We are no longer able to attend to individual requests for specific information or imagery.

 

 

PRICING & RETURNS

NO returns are accepted without prior authorization and an Entrenue issued RA#. You may visit our Returns page, call 800.368.7268, or email us at returns@entrenue.com for authorization and instructions.

 

Defective goods will be replaced or given account credit.
